Gfx, if you wish to transfer the money to Tagz, the easiest way is to set up a paypal account. You must "verify" your account after creating it. This is done by adding a credit card or checking account to your paypal account. It's just a security measure that paypal takes. Without doing so you cannot send money and the amount of money you can receive is limited. If you aren't able to get a hold of a sort of verification, there's no point in even making a paypal account.
If you cannot get a verified paypal account, there's one more way of transferring the money to Tagz. This method is done directly through AWsurveys.com. Could you please notify me if you've already sorted this issue, or if not, which method is available for you.
